HELP: What Do I Do With a Whole Chicken?!
Mike Hamilton, caterer and ex-Hershey High teacher, will conduct 3 sessions Friday, 2/25 (10:00-11:30) and Saturday, 2/26 (10:00-11:30 and 12:30-2:00) to help you get 3-4 meals from one chicken! How many of us way over-pay for chicken breasts because we just haven’t been taught the right way to cut a chicken??

Please bring: heavy/chef’s knife (sharpened); smaller, thin-bladed knife for boning; apron; cooler/other container for chicken transport
