Hi Mr. Mauer: I would like to set up an appt for approx. 20-30 minutes to see if we can assist the Food Emporium to gain more customers, as well as the market for this spring. I shop at both places as I live in Cornwall and would love to help promote both entities. It is an affordable option as we have spots for as little as 5.oo-please contact me so perhaps we can meet and see if I can be of assistance. Thanks! Hello Tom, I am following up on a phone conversation that we had a few weeks ago regarding having you speak at the Leadership Lebanon Valley Rural Issues Day on May 10th. After my planning meeting we have narrowed down the agenda and would like to invite you to speak to the group, approx. 23 ppl on organic farming. It is a tight agenda so you would have about 15 minutes prior to lunch. That being said we could have some discussion while the participants were eating their lunch. Is this of any interest to you? I will be traveling to Syracuse, Ny tomorrow (3/9) and can be reached on my cell phone at 679-0782. I will be out of town until Monday morning, but will have email access, so you are welcome to correspond to servicecounts@comcast.net. I do hope that your presentation went well at LVC. Have a great day and I hope to have the opportunity to meet you soon. Take Care, Mary Foltz
Hello Tom, I have been an organic grower for several years and just recently came across your wbsite. Wow! Nice indeed!
My interest is to become a vendor to help keep the mission going (i.e. bringing real food to the forefront to promote better health in this country)
What would it take to become a vendor @ the Emporium.
Thanks Tom
Paul
Paul — Sorry, couldn’t figure out how to access your entire message: regardless, best way to reach Tom is on his cell: 717-813-0860 — he may be busy on market days/times: Thursdays, 5-7; Fridays, 8-6; Saturdays 8-3
Hi Tom,
I hope things are going well over at the emporium. I’ve heard lots of good things about it. anyway, I am wondering if you got your kitchen up and going and if it is available for people to cook products? Let me know. Thanks.

Hi, Michelle — it’s Karen! So sorry — just found you in “limbo” here: full kitchen is up and running; Juice Bar is operating full-time now in part of it, though we’re continually looking for ad hoc events as well. If you didn’t know, we’re open Thursdays from 3-7 now — as well as usual 8-6 Friday and 8-3 Saturday. Come on by — also about to post a Health Fair-type event the last Saturday in january…
